Adele, the Grammy Award-winning songstress, is being shown lots of love on iTunes. This week, she became the first artist to have 2 million song downloads since Apple’s music service debuted in 2001. The 2 million download mark being crossed within a single year of it being released earns the English-born singer the honor of being the first double platinum artist on iTunes in the U.S.
