Yahoo CEO Scott Thompson Officially Steps Down

Yahoo has officially announced Thompson is no longer with the company. The Board of Directors has named Fred Amoroso as Chairman of the Board and Ross Levinsohn as interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
