Leaked Windows 8 screenshots confirm Aero Glass is dead

Not all Windows features stick around forever, it seems. And with the venerable old Start Menu already put out to pasture, it was much less surprising to learn that Microsoft was also pulling the plug on Aero Glass. Although it’s still on by default in the Windows 8 Release Preview, Glass was due to be uprooted by the time the RTM arrived this fall.
